Users have the right to return goods or all products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt.

The merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging with intact protective stickers, in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a full refund; merchandise cannot be returned to a local retailer.

The shipping costs for returning the merchandise may be borne by the user.

Free items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) cannot be exchanged and must be returned along with other items in the order if the order is returned for a refund. It is not necessary to return the gift packaging included in a promotional offer.

The offer is based on the original purchase amount. If, after the return, the amount no longer meets the criteria for the offer and the free product received is retained, the free product will be charged.
