What does our warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects present in the watch at the time of purchase. We take pride in the quality of our watches and assume responsibility for any issues that may occur during normal use. The warranty is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
What does our warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, we do not accept responsibility for indirect damages, losses, or additional expenses arising from the use of the watch.
How to activate the warranty?
To activate your warranty, you don't have to do anything at all! Once you purchase a product, the purchase and arrival dates of the product will be recorded in our databases, allowing us to track all warranties. You only need to keep the purchase receipt.
What to do in case of assistance?
If you encounter issues covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. A detailed description of the problem will be required, and we may request that you send the watch for a more in-depth evaluation. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
